Game Description
This is my first ever published game, initially created for class project in my game development course. The goal of the project was to design and build a playable FPS game from the ground up while implementing core gameplay systems and enemy AI behavior.
The game is a first-person shooter horror experience inspired by the Backrooms concept, where players navigate and escape a maze-like environment while avoiding an enemy that patrols the area, detects the player, and begins chasing them once they are spotted.
For this project I focused on implementing several core systems including:

First-person player movement and camera control

Shooting mechanics and collision handling

Enemy AI with roaming patrol behavior

NavMesh pathfinding and player detection

Dynamic chase behavior once the player is spotted

Maze-like level design intended to create tension and disorientation
Since this is my first published game, I’m really interested in hearing feedback from people who try it.

I’m also considering continuing development and creating a more polished version of this project, potentially expanding the gameplay, improving AI behavior, and redesigning parts of the level.

Development Notes
This project was developed independently using Unity, C#, Blender, Adobe Photoshop, and FL Studio. It served as my first full experience building a complete playable game including gameplay systems, enemy AI, and level design.
